This elegant stone-built pool villa is one of the most recent additions to the glorious southwest coast of Zakynthos. A privately perched getaway set on a hilltop above the village of Limni Keri, the villa overlooks the most gorgeous sea views that reach all the way across to Marathonisi's Turtle Island. While charmingly modern, the house has been designed to retain that classic Zakynthian island style. There's an incredibly inviting natural design inside - starting at the large open-plan lounge, which includes a huge set of sliding doors that make the most of the idyllic ocean backdrop. Aside from the occasional splash of colour, the villa carries a wonderfully neutral style throughout the ground floor. There's a dining table, large stone feature fireplace and a contemporary kitchen area with bar stools and all the necessary mod cons. Tiled bathrooms are modern and each of the three bedrooms has been simply designed, with a large double bed as its standout centrepiece. Two bedrooms also include the added indulgence of a private en suite. Step outside and there's a wonderfully landscaped garden to greet you. Expect hammocks, sun loungers, sun-baked pool terraces and a built-in barbecue - plus a stunning pool that basks in some of the most fantastic views of the Ionian Sea. If you fancy heading out for the day, Limni Keri Beach is just five minutes from the villa, or it's a 13km drive to the gorgeous golden sands of Kalamaki Beach.
