This newly built villa is ideal for a romantic retreat on Kalamar Bay, designed with stylish outdoor living and direct access to the sea.
Recently built in 2023, Villa Akim III is spacious, stylish and romantic. Inside, the villa boasts a modern and welcoming open-plan room with a cosy living area, dining table and well-equipped kitchen. The room is completed with a double bed gazing out at the sea views from floor-to-ceiling double doors. Outside is a lovely, secluded terrace with an al fresco dining area and fabulous infinity pool.
The villa offers access to six beach club-style bathing platforms, nestled right on the water's edge. These are private for the estate made up of six properties, which can be booked together for larger groups of up to 30 guests. These include Villa Sahil, Villa Kenar, Villa Keyali, Villa Akim I and Villa Akim II.
The property is part of a development along with 5 other properties which lend themselves well to accommodating larger groups in any combination of the villas and all 6 can be booked together (subject to availability) if required. The 6 villas include Villa Sahil, Villa Kenar, Villa Keyali, Villa Akim I, Villa Akim II and Villa Akim III.
All properties have access to the beach club style bathing platform that is only accessible by the 6 properties in the development. There are multiple platforms with shaded pergola's for the guests to use.
