Built around 1750, Masseria Giardini is a charming ten bedroom farmhouse in Puglia, recently renovated to incorporate stylish, contemporary décor that breathes life into every corner of the villa.
Surrounded by acres of unspoilt land, and with outstanding views of the surrounding Canale Di Pirro valley, Masseria Giardini is a magnificent ten bedroom farmhouse, situated in the heart of Puglia. With a private pool, beautiful gardens with idyllic outdoor dining spots, traditional structures still in place, and plenty of land to roam through and explore, this villa is ideal for families and large groups looking for their next memorable retreat.
Upon entering the Masseria, you’ll be met with an instant feeling of bliss, thanks to the villa’s elegant, traditional stone foundation, working in harmony with the abundance of natural light that flows all throughout the property to create a quiet and comforting atmosphere for guests. The indoor dining room and professional kitchen is an inviting space for guests to indulge their senses, as well as being the perfect spot for sharing stories, making memories, and enjoying some incredible local dishes cooked by top chefs in-house. Each of the ten en suite bedrooms is fitted with premium comforts and charming decorations, with several rooms opening out onto the terrace to once again reiterate the airy feeling that this villa so effortlessly embodies.
Outside, the three hectares of private walled gardens of the Masseria are accompanied by aromatic plants that embellish the space to incorporate a rich variety of colours, alongside scents found all throughout Italy. The interplay of these elements elevates the ambience of the villa's expansive outdoor dining spaces, suitable for groups of twenty guests, imbuing them with a sense of serene, tranquil sophistication. The villa’s impressive heatable pool is a great way to wind down after an evening meal, alongside the villa being within easy reach of the coast. Nearby, guests can enjoy an authentic Italian dish from one of three restaurants in Cocolicchio, as well as choosing between various dining options in the famous town of Alberobello, known for being home to hundreds of trulli, representative of the region’s architecture that has remained popular since the fourteenth century.
For any events that exceed the maximum villa capacity, there will be an additional venue fee to cover extra staffing, overheads and the services of the villa's event planner. This covers events such as birthday celebrations, pre and post wedding events, pool gatherings, barbecues, pizza nights, brunches etc.
For any event that is over 22 guests the venue fee is €500 for up to 40 guests, €1000 for up to 40-70 guests, €2000 for 70-100 guests (the top terrace in the adjacent gardens can be hired for this rate if more space is required).
Weddings are quoted individually
Additional services such as catering, extra lighting, band hire, marquee & temporary bathroom hire will be quoted in addition to this on top.
