Villa Ava is a captivating three bedroom retreat nestled in the hills of Paxos, Greece, hidden along the region’s south west coast, offering a tranquil atmosphere with breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. This secluded haven is surrounded by 4,500 square metres of olive groves and cypress trees, providing an enchanting blend of privacy and natural beauty. While offering a peaceful escape, Villa Ava remains conveniently close to local tavernas, sandy beaches, and the vibrant town of Gaios, ensuring guests can easily explore the many charms of Paxos.

The villa's contemporary interiors offer guests a warm and welcoming ambiance. The open-plan living area features a comfortable sitting room with a large TV and balcony doors that frame stunning sea vistas. The dining area seamlessly connects to the living space, perfect for intimate gatherings. Three well-appointed bedrooms cater to families and couples alike, with the master and double bedrooms boasting mesmerising sea views, while the twin bedroom overlooks the lush garden. Two shared shower rooms complete the villa’s interiors.
