About The Villa

Facing southwest in palm gardens, on a scenic east coast peninsula, this waterfront villa is a wonderful base for an active or idle holiday. Comfortably accommodating six guests, and making a romantic retreat if booked just for two, Ca’n Moli has an open-plan living area comprising a well- equipped kitchen, dining and sitting room, with tiled floors, beamed ceilings, an open fire for cooler months and sliding doors to the seafront terrace. Contemporary bath/shower rooms serve two twin bedrooms styled with cheerful simplicity, and a master double with en suite facilities.

With sea bathing from the jetty (shared with other boats) and boat hire 50m away, the villa is within 800m of a restaurant in Port d’Addaia and a couple of shops and restaurants are approximately 1km away, uphill from the villa. And there are pretty walking paths around the peninsula, a little beach across the bay in Na Macaret at approximately a 2.5km drive from the villa. Further beaches are a little further away including at Arenal d’en Castell and good sailing and diving centres in Fornells, a fifteen minute drive away.
