About The Villa

This villa provides a comfortable and relaxing retreat with a welcoming atmosphere and unique touches. It boasts well manicured gardens, modern furnishings, high quality interiors and an exceptional outdoor living lifestyle for guests to enjoy.

On the ground floor, there is an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, with french doors opening out onto the al fresco area. Further along, there is a double bedroom with shower room en suite, a twin bedroom with private access to the outdoor area and a shower room, both bright and light. 

Outside, just a few steps away, is a guest annexe, designed in a similar style to the main villa with idyllic shutters and Italian architecture. This annexe has a king sized four poster bed, a private living area, kitchenette and shower room en suite. 

Further on, the grounds boast a large private pool, an outstanding lounge area with hammock, and al fresco area, complete with a built in sink and preparation area, perfect for group meals in the daytime sunshine or evening.

Just a few minutes drive away is Noto, with a handful of amenities on offer such as shops and restaurants. Additionally, a sandy and rocky beach, an unspoiled Vendicari nature reserve, and picturesque seaside resorts of Portopalo di Capo Passero and Marzamemi are all in close reach.
