About The Villa

With its back against the village and its toes in the water, this is one of the original family houses to be built in the picturesque village. Costas has character and simple comforts, a couple of bedrooms and balconies front and back, and all the basics for a traditional Greek island holiday. But most of all, Costas has one of the best positions in St Stephano. Perfectly placed for yacht-spotting over a leisurely al fresco lunch, the villa’s balcony is a ringside seat for the buzz of the pretty bay, harbour-front shops and tavernas really are ‘on the doorstep’, and the villa has its own little fishing jetty just across the road.A two storey house, the CV Villas accommodation is on the upper level, reached by outdoor steps, while the owners live unobtrusively on the ground floor. The beach is a five minute stroll away and, if you hire a car, there is easy access to all the northeast coast villages, water sports from Kalami, and up-tempo nightlife in Kassiopi.
