Perched on a hilltop above the incredible beaches of Kerasia, Kouloura, and Kalami along Corfu's North East coast, and close to all major attractions. Villa Amavi offers guests an extraordinary escape, with breathtaking 180-degree views of the Albanian coastline and mountains beyond, just 2.5 kilometres across the water. This newly built villa provides a perfect sanctuary for families or small groups of friends seeking a unique coastal experience, featuring a distinctive style that seamlessly blends contemporary and rustic charm, with local stone incorporated into the villa’s design.

Villa Amavi’s sharp and stylish interiors showcase an open-plan living space bathed in natural light, where the kitchen, lounge, and dining area flow effortlessly onto large pergolas. Two en-suite bedrooms connect directly to the pool area, creating an intuitive indoor-outdoor living environment. The property's most distinctive feature is its expansive 45-square-metre glamping safari tent, set amongst oak and olive trees, offering a sense of privacy and seclusion whilst being only 40 meters from the main house. This serves as a private third bedroom with its own deck, loungers, and barbecue area.

Surrounded by beautiful gardens and positioned on a tranquil hilltop, Villa Amavi offers an idyllic retreat with quick access to local beaches. The taverna in Kouloura is three kilometres away, while Kalami features restaurants, bars, and supermarkets just four kilometres from the villa. Kassiopi also offers nightlife and dining options just seven kilometres away, whilst St Stephano has additional shops and restaurants at a similar distance from the villa.
