Solaris Beach house is a modern five bedroom villa in St James, Barbados, with bespoke award-winning interiors, a well-equipped home gym, and quick, convenient access to the lively local area. Situated on a pristine stretch between Holetown and Mullins Beach, the villa enjoys direct access to a white sandy beach, coupled with excellent sea views.

As you enter the villa, the sheer sense of grandeur is unmissable. With interiors designed by renowned interior designer Celia Sawyer, enjoy sophisticated, Ibiza-style spaces featuring modern, streamlined furniture, high-quality bedding, and neutral tones that create a relaxing and refined atmosphere for guests, all maintaining a light and airy feel throughout. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with high-end appliances, ideal for keen cooks or those looking to hire in-villa cook service. This space also connects with a covered outdoor terrace area, making for the perfect al fresco dining setting. The villa also offers fully air-conditioned spaces, such as the home gym, to combat the high temperatures seen throughout the year. Each of the villa’s bedrooms is air-conditioned and has its own en-suite bathroom, whilst two of the rooms also have a walk-in wardrobe and open out onto a large covered sea-facing terrace.

Outside, the villa hosts unobstructed sea views, granting direct access to the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean. Guests can also enjoy making use of a Jacuzzi, a saltwater swimming pool, a gas barbeque, a table tennis table, sun loungers, and an alfresco bar area, perfect for relaxed evenings from the comfort of your villa. Nearby, the John Moore bar is easily accessible on foot, alongside highlights such as Thunder Bay Beach and a useful nearby convenience store. Slightly further away, guests can visit the towns of Holetown and Speightstown by car, located just a five to ten minute drive away, the same amount of time needed to drive to both Mullins Beach and The Lone Star Hotel. This allows guests easy access to local shopping, fine dining, supermarkets, banks, and pharmacies.
